Blog post#3 The worlds ice

my piece that i have decided to do is going to explore global warming. before i  started my painting i did research. i found many pictures, paintings and videos that helped me understand more of what global warming is. i watched the videos, studied the pieces and, came up with what i wanted my piece to look like/ deal with.

Blog post #2

My vision for senior year is to, create finished pieces that i would be able to use in my portfolio if i was try out for an arts school. i would like to explore using material in many of my art pieces such as painting. i would also like to use mixed media such as gilded gold leaf in my painting's.
The connections i can make to my senior grant is painting a complete mural using mixed media such as gilded silver in the paintings to bring the paintings out to express many issues.

Where has quone been?

This piece Describes in many ways where I've been as an artist. First i drew what a tiger pattern because i tiger represents loyalty, courage, power, and wisdom. when i first started off as an artist  at BAA i came in very  truthful to my art i had a big passion for it. art was my life. The wisdom represents the wisdom that i want to gain when i mature into my art.

Why did i use gold? The reason for me using gold is because, gold represents wealth and power; which is where i want to be in the future.
what made me so interested in tigers? Tigers have always been one of the most beautiful creatures in the world.
What made me put leafs in the background? The reason being for me putting leafs in the background is to make the picture feel more of a jungle aura.
